Once you place an order, your order will be shipped in 3-5 days. Delivery takes between 2 and 5 business days. Our delivery team will contact you ahead of time with shipping details and (if necessary) assist in helping you arrange a time for delivery if your order is shipping by freight service.
If you would like an in-home assembly service, this can be provided for $199 per unit. (*in-home assembly will add 10-12 business days to your delivery date.) To add this to your order, select it from the "Shipping" option during checkout.
We currently cannot offer in-home assembly on parcel shipments on orders under $599. Orders that fall into this category will be fulfilled by UPS.
We're proud to cover your fees for shipping on all products. This way you don't have to do any more calculating pass the initial price we advertise to you. No surprises and certainly no hidden fees. We, however, do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, military APO/FPO addresses or international addresses.

If customer misses the scheduled delivery with the shipping company, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to his/her account. Customer understands that delays caused by logistics or third parties’ production schedules are beyond control of Fitnessnotch.com. Fitnessnotch.com has no affiliation with manufacturers, overseas ports, vessels, or freight shipping companies. All deliveries to be performed will be scheduled prior to delivery with a confirmed day and time authorized only by the delivery department.

Shipping Methods Explained:
you usually must be present to sign for your order when it arrives.
Most of our products are usually shipped with "Signature Required" to make sure they arrive safely. After you receive your tracking information, you can know exactly when your order is going to arrive so you can make proper arrangements.
All non-UPS/FedEx shipments are curbside delivery and require a customer signature.
The shipping company will call before attempting to deliver your machine. A total of three attempts will be made to contact you. After three attempts have been made the shipping company will make arrangements to return your machine to our warehouse. This will result in a 15% restocking fee, so please make sure you are available when your item is due to arrive. Please note that refusing your shipment for whatever reason unless damaged on arrival, falls under general return and will result in a 15% restocking fee.
Communication is key – we’ll keep you updated throughout the shipping process with email notifications.
Our Shipping Methods:
- UPS/FEDEX GROUND - delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway or at your doorstep depending on the size. Orders under $599 will likely be fulfilled by UPS or FedEx.
- FREIGHT CURB SIDE DELIVERY- delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. *Please note that once a tracking number is issued, customers must make an appointment by phone with the freight service before delivery is made.
- WHITE GLOVES DELIVERY - delivery of your item(s) inside your residence, unpacking and assembly in the location of choice. As well as removing the packaging materials from your residence. Only offered for select purchases
- WHITE GLOVES DELIVERY POLICY: Please notify our customer service department if your building is not equipped with an elevator and you reside on the third floor or above. A minor surcharge may apply for walk-ups beyond the second floor and varies depending on the size of the product. Please be advised that it is the customer's responsibility to measure all passageways where your item will be delivered. During the delivery, if your item does not fit through your passageways leading to your delivery area and it results to cancellation and return of an order, the customer is responsible a 10% Restocking Fee. Furthermore, please be advised that we do not provide removal and disposal of old items.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders with No Sales Tax, except MD. All orders are usually processed within 24 hours. It all depends on the size and price of the order. You can expect larger orders to require a phone call verification. We take zero-risk as a means to protect our customers.
In most cases, larger orders will require a follow-up phone call to confirm and verify your order. We will also ask you if white-gloves delivery is required.
Most products will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Shipping/Delivery time may extend due to large orders, over-sized products, bad weather or fragile products. All products are carefully inspected for any type of damages before leaving our shipment center.
You will be notified via email when your order has been processed, shipped, and completed. In some cases, you will be contacted by one of our sales associates for further information on the estimated delivery time. If you receive an email that says your order has been back-ordered, this means the item is not in stock and one of our sales associates will contact you with options of cancellation, exchange or additional discounts if you are willing to wait for replenishment.
We only provide shipping within the Continental US.
