Shipping times will vary by vendor/brand so please check the product pages and/or our "How Shipping Works" page for the most up to date shipping lead times. We only ship to the continental U.S.

We use all major carriers and local courier partners, including UPS, USPS, Fedex, Freight Delivery, etc.

We have relationships with over 50 manufacturers and brands in the fitness and gym equipment space, if there is a specific product that we do not advertise, there is still a good chance we can get it for you at the most discounted price you can find online.

We understand that unexpected things come up, so we always work with our customers as best we can.

Kindly note that all orders can be canceled under these conditions:
- The order has not yet been processed and the cancellation request has been made within 24 hours. In most cases, you can expect your order to process right away, but it depends on the time of order. (ex. an order at 2 am won't be processed until the following morning.)

- The product ordered is out of stock/back ordered. In these instances, we will notify you via e-mail and you'll have the choice to continue with your order or you can cancel for a full refund.

All cancellation requests must be emailed tous contact@fitnessnotch.com in order for us to verify that we can cancel your order.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to return to your account.

We typically see refunds be returned in less than 5 business days, but this depends on your financial institution and is out of our control. 

Yes, but returns are only accepted for items that haven't been opened. Also, please do not send anything for return without proper authorization from us. Your return has to first be approved, then after approval, we will send you an RMA (Return of Material Authorization) form to fill out. You must also have the original invoice with the order#.

You have 7 days from the date of approval to provide return tracking. Please note that you'll have to cover returned shipping charges.

All returns are valid for 30 days after purchase.

Definitely, since we are an authorized dealer and retailer for all brands on our store, we are able to offer a full manufacturer's warranty on all purchases. Please read the detail of the product you're interested in because the warranty may vary depending on the product.

Our manufacturers take extra careful measures to make sure that your order is as perfect as possible. In the rare and unlikely event that parts to your order are missing or damaged, we will take full responsibility.
